Quotes and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be subject to expiration dates, product availability, quantity changes, shipping costs, setup charges, decoration requirements, taxes, or other applicable fees.

Pricing displayed or discussed before a final quote is provided should not be considered a guarantee of final pricing.

If the scope, quantity, artwork, product selection, delivery requirements, or other specifications change, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Artwork and Customer-Provided Materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, photographs, text, or other materials provided to Gerbo Promo.

By submitting materials to us, you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce those materials for the requested project.

Gerbo Promo is not responsible for claims arising from the unauthorized use of customer-provided intellectual property.

Proofs and Approvals

Depending on the project, Gerbo Promo may provide digital or physical proofs for customer review before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, including spelling, artwork, colors, placement, sizing, product selection, quantities, and other specifications.

Once a proof is approved, Gerbo Promo may proceed with production based on that approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, production delays, or the need to restart portions of the production process.

Gerbo Promo is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Color and Product Variations

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and other digital devices may differ from the appearance of physical products, inks, embroidery threads, or other decoration methods.

Minor variations in color, size, placement, material, finish, or other characteristics may also occur as part of normal manufacturing and production processes.

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon as part of the project.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Turnaround times may be affected by product availability, proof approvals, artwork revisions, supplier schedules, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside Gerbo Promo’s reasonable control.

Customers should communicate firm event dates or deadlines before approving an order. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested deadlines but cannot guarantee delivery dates unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Orders, Changes, and Cancellations

Once an order has been approved or entered into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If a change or cancellation can be accommodated, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred, including product costs, setup fees, artwork expenses, restocking charges, shipping costs, or production expenses.

Custom, decorated, personalized, or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed production defect or error attributable to Gerbo Promo or one of our suppliers.

Order Issues

Customers should inspect products promptly after receiving an order and notify Gerbo Promo as soon as reasonably possible if there is a concern regarding damage, defects, incorrect products, quantities, or decoration.

We may request photographs, product samples, packaging, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

If Gerbo Promo or one of our production partners is responsible for a confirmed error, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, branding, design elements, photographs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Gerbo Promo or Gerbo Designs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
